Welcome to the 2022 North London Story Festival page hosted by Middlesex University.

Running annually since 1996, The North London Story Festival is a student-led event that aims to celebrate all forms of storytelling through hosting a range of guest speakers and holding practical workshops at the Hendon campus of Middlesex University.

 

Formerly the North London Literary Festival, previous speakers include Dame Professor Carol Ann Duffy, David Nicholls, Al Kennedy, Lynton Kwesi Johnson, Andrew Motion and Fay Weldon. 

 

The theme for our event in 2022 is 'Inspiration and Community’. As a Story Festival – rather than the more traditional Literary Festival – we are hosting speakers and a wide range of topics about different type of genres in creative writing.
