Michael Neelsen is co-founder and director of StoryFirst Media, a video storybranding firm specializing in brand differentiation. He is also a filmmaker with two feature documentaries to his name as director, the most recent being Beyond Human Nature, a true crime film debuting in the USA on 28 March 2023 that chronicles the notorious Tom Monfils murder investigation in Green Bay, Wisconsin from the 1990s. His TikTok channel @storyfirstmedia seeks to help businesses, artists and other individuals utilize storytelling principles to accomplish their goals.

Vincent Ryan is a former Sunday Times journalist. He is now the Training Manager in the Google NewsLab, which offers journalists and members of the public access to its tools and technologies for storytelling. This workshop will provide practical guidance on some of the latest innovations in visual and data storytelling.
